Return Policy

We offer a 20-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all products – if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us at admin@stripclean.com.au for support.

If for any reasons you want to return the laundry strips must be returned and notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery (return shipping cost not included). No more than 4 strips should be used. Product must be shipped back to this address within 20 days. Return shipping cost is bear by the customer.

All orders are shipped (carbon-neutral).

Delivery Information Shipping

We aim to have your order dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

•         Standard Shipping is non-trackable through Australia Post.
•         Express postage is sent through Australia Post.

Tracked postage is sent through either Australia Post or Sendle (If you have a preference, please email us immediately after ordering with your order number). Any update or changes to order, will need to be made within 1 hour of the order.

International postage is $25.00. Strip Clean are not responsible for any delays incurred due to international customs issues nor any additional fees or taxes your country may require.
